We do accept returns on non personalised items for an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, to arrange an exchange.
The item must be unused, with the original tags and packaging still intact. All postage is at the customer's expense.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items for change of mind, this also includes if incorrect sizing is chosen.
